Victoria Mutual Building Society
The Farm School Staff Residence was declared a National Monument in 2019 due to the fact it was one of the Farm School structures that served as staff accommodation (Jamaica National Heritage Trust, 2019; Sangster, 2011, p.282). During CAST, the Institutional Management students were housed in this building. The structure was renovated into the College Clinic in 1971. The building is at present occupied by the Victoria Mutual Building Society (Sangster, 2011, p. 281). The Victoria Mutual Building Society is the only financial institution on the Campus offering convenient safe, and necessary financial services to the university population and surrounding communities.
